These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the booking of piano lessons with Danielle Davis Piano Lessons ("we," "us"), a sole proprietorship owned by Danielle Davis, located at 2336 Cottingham Drive, Montgomery, AL 36116. By booking a lesson or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Lessons and scheduling

• Lessons are private, in-person piano lessons for children, held on Saturdays between 10:00am and 5:00pm Central Time in Montgomery, Alabama.
• New students book through our online booking page. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
• Existing students receive a personal reschedule link with each lesson reminder; that link is the way to move a scheduled lesson.
• Bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for drop-off and pick-up at the scheduled times.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the lesson when possible, using your reschedule link or by calling (334) 224-4820.
• If we must cancel a lesson (illness, weather, emergency), we will notify you as early as possible and help you rebook — a lesson we cancel is never charged.
• Repeated no-shows may result in loss of a reserved weekly time slot.

3. Payment

• Lesson fees are listed on our pricing section and are payable at or before the lesson. We do not process payments through this website.
• Prices are introductory and may change with reasonable advance notice. Current students are always notified before any price change takes effect.

4. SMS reminder program

• Parents and guardians may opt in to lesson reminder text messages by checking the consent box on our booking form. Consent is optional and not a condition of booking lessons.
• Messages are transactional only — reminders, confirmations, and reschedule links. Message frequency is approximately 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers (we never sell or share them).

5. Conduct and safety

• We provide a welcoming, respectful environment for every student and family, and expect the same in return.
• Parents/guardians remain responsible for their child before and after the scheduled lesson time.

6. Website use

This website is provided "as is" for information and lesson booking. Content on this site (text, illustrations, branding) belongs to Danielle Davis Piano Lessons and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Online booking is processed by Cal.com and subject to its availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Alabama law, our total liability for any claim related to lessons or this website is limited to the amount paid for the lesson(s) at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the site or booking of lessons after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
